What geographic area do you cover?

The organization covers Massachusetts but is affiliated with the national organization.  The Massachusetts Chapter of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (MassNAELA) is a non-profit voluntary association whose members consist of a dedicated group of elder law and special needs attorneys across the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

What services do you provide that would be helpful for care managers and their clients to be aware of?

We are an association of 400 Attorneys that focus on Elder and Disability Law.

What separates you from others in the field?

We provide educational programming to our members and the public.  We submit Amicus Briefs in important legal cases, and participate in legislative advocacy to help older adults and individuals with disabilities.
