What is your company and role, Patrick?
I am the Director of Marketing at Mary Ann Morse Healthcare Corp. and I serve on the ALCA New England Chapter’s Communications Committee. Mary Morse Healthcare Corp. is proud to be a Corporate Partner.
Where do you practice?
Mary Ann Morse Healthcare Corp. is a nonprofit that serves aging adults and their families throughout the MetroWest area. As the Director of Marketing for the Mary Ann Morse continuum of senior services, I oversee marketing efforts for Assisted Living (including traditional, memory care, and mental health care), Home Care (Medicare-certified skilled nursing and personal care), and Long-Term Care and Short-Term Inpatient & Outpatient Rehabilitation services. To better serve our communities, I divide my office hours between our locations in Framingham and Natick, MA.
How long have you been an ALCA member, and when did you first get involved in committee work?
I’m pleased to report that Mary Ann Morse Healthcare Corp. became an ALCA Corporate Partner in December 2022. I became aware of ALCA through Sarah Bourque and other individuals I met earlier in the year. Sarah also introduced me to Joan Harris and Kate Thaisz, which led to my involvement in the Communications Committee.
Tell us about your experience as a Board/Committee member of ALCA-NE:
I’m pleased and honored to join the ALCA-NE Communications Committee. Much of my professional career has been spent in marketing, marketing communications, and advertising, so I’m eager to contribute to the committee’s efforts. The committee members have been incredibly welcoming, and I’m excited to utilize my skills to support and promote ACLA-NE programs, events, and services.
What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
I enjoy traveling and being outdoors whenever possible – hiking, biking, running (when my knees are willing). I recently traveled to Iceland, which was a truly amazing experience, as well as a first-time visit exploring the Pacific Northwest, in and around Seattle and Portland. Absolutely magnificent! I also enjoy movies and museums, as well as spending time with my expanding family, including the newest little grandnieces and grandnephews.
