Where do you practice, Angela?
I practice in Northern Worcester and Middlesex Counties in Massachusetts.
How long have you been an ALCA member?
I have been an ALCA member for 3 years, and I first became involved with the Communications Committee in 2022.
Tell us about your experience as a Board/Committee member?
I was invited to participate in the Communications Committee by Sarah Bourque who is a close colleague and friend. Kate Thaisz is the Committee Chair and is wonderful to work with. Together we have developed the new alcanewengland.com website and have worked to grow our chapter’s presence on LinkedIn and Facebook. This year, I joined the Conference Committee as a liaison to the Communications Committee. I have learned so much from both experiences and look forward to continuing in these roles.
What do you do in your free time?
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my husband and two daughters. I also love reading, going for walks, swimming and sharing a glass of wine with friends. Trips back home to Canada are also important to me as all of my family including my two elderly parents are there.
